Rename Internet Explorer Titlebar

It is easy to change the default title of Internet Explorer. You just need to tweak registry a bit and it will change you Internet Explorer title bar. Here are simple steps to do it.

  • Open your registry editor (Run > type regedit)
  • Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftInternetExplorerMain
  • In left pane right click and select New > String Value
  • Rename the new value to Window Title, double click the new string value you just made and enter the “new title” in the Data Value: box. This new title is text that you want to instead default (Microsoft Internet Explorer).

You are all done. This is basic trick using which you can rename internet explorer title bar.

thanx very much it really helped me bcoz I was not getting window title file all other site not suggested to make new string with window title and than rename it to desired one but u have suggested me this
