Here is a collection of Formspring layouts and backgrounds that you can use in your Formspring account to give it a new and cool look. Changing background in Formspring is not hard but here is the method if you have not done it already.
How to add background/layout in Formspring: Click on the background image that you like from this list to get it to the full size and save it to your computer. Login to your Formspring account. Go to Settings > Design tab. Under ‘background image‘ click on ‘choose file‘ and upload the image from your pc.
The small layouts (last 9) make a background when they combine as tiles, so set the tiles option when setting background on Formspring with small images.
